At Purée Green, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used feeding products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
